LIFE INSURANCE
Life insurance is a form of insurance. The original purpose of life insurance is to guarantee the payment of a certain sum of money (principal or income) in the event of an event related to the insured: death or survival. However, a distinction must be made between death insurance called "death insurance" which pays capital or income in the event of death and life insurance (also called life insurance), which pays capital or of an annuity in case of expiration of the life contract (death before its expiration, if it is not owed to the estate).

What is commonly called "life insurance" in France is a death insurance (capital paid in case of death before the end of the contract) of "contrary to insurance", that is, the reimbursement of the premiums paid during the period of the contract in the case of the life of the insured at the end of the contract, plus the technical interests under the contract. This allows presenting a quasi-savings product, with tax benefit insurance.

insured and guaranteed
Life insurance also allows funds to grow while pursuing a long-term goal: retirement, real estate investments, etc. It also offers significant tax advantages in the series.
A life insurance policy must have a fixed-term subscription, renewable or not depending on the extension of the contract per year per year.
